How Pluss can help you get great employees
Pluss work in partnership with thousands of employers of all different types and sizes. Our services include:
Pre-screening job candidates
We work with a wide range of disabled people that we get to know well. We pre-screen all our customers and will only put forward candidates that will be suitable for your jobs.
Free Work Trials.
We can help you minimise risk with ‘try before you hire’ recruitment - through our work trial process.
Our customers will work for you (unpaid) for an agreed short-term period. If they are suitable, you can offer them the job. However, there is no obligation. We call this a 'working interview'.
We offer full support, training and coaching throughout. If appropriate, we can also help you access funding towards workplace adjustments.
Ongoing advice and support
When someone starts work with you, we offer ongoing mentoring and coaching.
Our Job Coaches are all fully trained. They will help your employee to do their job confidently and efficiently.
Help to comply with current legislation.
If you are unsure about the law and what reasonable adjustments you may need to make, we can help.
We have over 40 years experience in disability in the workplace. We can help you put into place practical solutions and support mechanisms.

A safety net
We are also an objective third party if ever you have a difficult situation with a disabled employee. It can be very distressing for both parties if an employee develops a disability or perhaps has a progressive condition.
We can help you and your employee look at different ways of doing things - it may be looking at adjustments or simply being someone to talk to. Alternatively, we could consider a different role within your organisation or we may need to look at a different job altogether.
Whatever the situation, by working with Pluss, you can be confident that you are doing everything you can to support your disabled member of staff.
